Our NDIS Navigation service is designed to provide short-term assistance and guidance on a range of topics, including:

• Accessing the NDIS
• Understanding general NDIS information
• Budgeting your NDIS plan
• Preparing for an upcoming plan review
• Preparing for plan reassessments
• Understanding the details of your plan
• Addressing other short-term NDIS needs

Who Is This Service For?

Our NDIS Navigation Service is available to:

• Clients who do not have support coordination
• Clients with self-managed NDIS plans
• Clients who are unhappy with their current support coordination provider and need assistance

How It Works:

• Birrang’s NDIS Navigation Service is free and designed for short-term support.
• After submitting an expression of interest form, one of our team members will contact you.
• Meetings will range from 30 minutes to 3 hours, depending on your needs.
• During our meetings, we’ll work closely with you to address your concerns and provide guidance on your NDIS journey.
